All of our items are custom designed and cut with love. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, however this does sometimes extend up to a week in peak seasonal periods (eg Christmas and Easter). Larger sign orders, or orders that require painting will have additional processing/creation time.
If you are in a hurry to receive your item, please select express postage and make a note of this at checkout, or send us an email or facebook message. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Please keep an eye out for our 'Christmas Closing Date' banner at the top of our main page. This will show the last date for orders that are guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
Please note: We do our best to calculate postage correctly at checkout. However if you are in a remote/rural location, or have ordered a very large item, sometimes the calculator is incorrect. We reserve the right to contact you to discuss postage options in these circumstances, or to cancel your order.
Please note: if you have ordered an item that includes a design proof prior to cutting, or if you have specifically requested a design proof, please be sure to check your email regularly. A delay in approval will mean a delay in processing. In these circumstances, we can't cut your item if you haven't approved the design :)

All items are sent via Auspost. We offer both tracked, and untracked postage methods at checkout.
We take great care to package all items for safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and send through photographs of the item in it's original packaging.
In the event that your item does not arrive at all, please contact us. We are happy to provide tracking numbers (where tracked postage has been selected), and will work with you to locate the item. Please be advised, if you select the untracked postage method at checkout, we can not be held responsible for missing/undelivered items.
All items are sent with tracking numbers, unless you choose 'Regular Post (untracked)' at the checkout for our smaller items.
AusPost delivery time frames are outside of our control. Regular post generally takes between 3-10 business days. Please allow additional time at peak periods.
Express post generally takes between 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time at peak periods.
If you are outside of Australia Post's Express Post regions or during peak Seasonal times (e.g. Christmas), this time may be slightly longer.

Pickup is available from Wamberal, NSW (2260). Please select this option at the checkout. You will receive an email with address details once your order is ready for pick up.

All of our beautiful products are custom made to order. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed and paid online, so please choose carefully. If an order arrives damaged or faulty, or has an error that we are responsible for (e.g. a spelling mistake) please contact us and we will replace the item.
Note - our items are laser cut/engraved. We quality check every single item that leaves our studio. We would never send an item that we ourselves would not be thrilled to receive. When ordering wooden products, there may be slight burn marks or imperfections. This is an unavoidable part of the process, and part of the charm of handmade items. We do hand sand our wooden items prior to postage.
