Custom acrylic or wooden Baby Birth Details wall sign/plaque. Our beautiful baby plaques are the perfect gift for a new baby. They are laser cut and engraved from 3mm acrylic or 2.5mm bamboo wood.
Please select the colour from the drop down menus. Sizing - our birth details plaques are made to suit the length of the baby at birth. Eg the bear pictured is 53 cm in length, to reflect the length of baby Jasper at birth.
These plaques can be made in any shape - eg bear, elephant, circle, heart, flower, wreath etc. Please message us with your ideas and we would love to help create something for you.

Note: A design proof will be sent to you for approval prior to cutting. Please keep a look out for an eBay message from us after purchase. Note: We are happy to change the font, shape, design, layout etc for you - please let us know what you are after. The wall plaque is sent on its own - no hardware/hanging materials are included. We recommend using mounting tape (eg 3M tape) to hang your sign. There are plenty of readily available options at the supermarket, hardware store etc. Please be sure to select a suitable product for your wall type. We are happy to add two holes and rope for hanging. Please be sure to note this if you would like to add.
